l June 30th, 2004: addressed to Cralg J. Canada. Do you recall

2 receiving that letter from the Department of Fair Employment

3 and Housing?

4 A. Yes, and another one.

5 Q. I'm sorry.

6 A. And another one.

7 Q. What did the other one say?

8 A. There's a phrase missing that I did not see there.

9 What they said was I could not connect my complaint to a

10 protected class is what they said. Or that I did not do you

11 us it is what they said. I disagree with them.

12 Q. Do you have a copy of that letter?

13 A. It's in my backpack.

14 Q. Am I correct that this letter says you have no

15 probable cause to prove a violation against Ms. Millard for

16 discrimination?
