General Cannabis (CANA) files annual report, quasi-IPO, video of MSNBC interview with CEO, write up in Investment News. Also Medical Marijuana, Inc (MJNA) announces a reverse merger with Perlowin and other current officers to resign.

Wisdom Organics has uploaded four videos, each about an hour long, which you will find in the video gallery below: Legalization, Public Perspectives, Political Reality, and the Layers Panel. The technicals of these videos, by Adela Falk, are magnitudes superior to those of the Berkeley conference in January. While I will be playing and discussing the “Legalization” video on the air, I most highly recommend the “Lawyers Panel”. Also, ties between Drug Policy Alliance (DPA) and Monsanto, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, and Lilly.
