Santa Cruz passes 6 month medical marijuana moratorium
Sometime around 6 pm today the Santa Cruz City Council passed a 6-month moratorium on medical marijuana dispensaries and production houses. The city currently has 2 dispensaries, WAMM and no licensed grow houses.
