Stormy Monday

Well, it’s been storming the past couple of days and I spent every cent I could beg and borrow to get a room.

And I listened to the show Robert Norse recorded with me Sunday. I didn’t get there until he was already 2 1/2 hours into the show. It took me nearly two hours to walk there from my tent.

What really struck me was the interview with Lisa Molyneaux, which begins about 1 hour and 14 minutes (74 minutes) into the segment:

I must say I found the interview with Lisa most illuminating. For instance, when Robert asked her if she ‘medicated’ at the shop she replied, “You think I have time for that?” That IS NOT the response of a medical patient. It is the response of a recreational user.

Nor did she have any idea of how much a medical patient would use. Well I do.

Nor would she answer how much it would cost. Well, I know.

Nor was she aware of any homeless that came there.

Well, I’ve told them I was homeless every time I’ve been there.

I’m tired, I’m out of medicine, I didn’t get much sleep last night. It’s cold outside and I intend to sleep in a tent even though I think the motel gave me a free night (the heater wasn’t working and they gave me a space-heater) and I have enough money to get a room. With my luck it will just be a glitch and the charge will come through and tilt all my accounts…and then I’ll really be screwed.

I posted on the Sentinel forums today about my experience at the pot shop and provided a link for them to listen to the interview.

I also registered with Yahooka yesterday and have been posting on there quit a bit. I looked over, which now has ‘fake marijuana’ adds (advertised as ‘legal bud’) all over the place. What a travesty. Well, Loretta (who I’m sure will be right at home there) can have the place.
