Is there an angel in the house?

I’m still in the hotel room. I guess I haven’t been able to bring myself to leave.

It has been, after all, the 2nd Anniversary of having my life kicked to pieces by Bonita and the San Bernardino Sheriffs. And let’s not forget the courts.

This is truly the first time in years I’ve had a chance to sit down in peace and quiet and focus and concentrate on what happened. And read the documents.

I see I didn’t have the transcript of the first unlawful detainer posted. You don’t get from reading the transcript how truly deaf and annoying she was in the court. The judge visibly grimaced…

This was on February 17, 2004, the day before the preliminary hearing on the felongy cultivation charges.

I’ve primarily spent my time making html pages for the scans of the transcripts and putting them on my site – something I’ve been wanting to do for a long time.

In the course of this I, of course, reread the transcripts. If only I could have done this in peace, a year ago when I could have pursued legal remedies rather than being harassed and exploited and driven from one place to another…

…I had vowed to write the brief and file it myself if necessary. But no, all the people that were going to help me hounded me to move move move.

The DSL went down in the hotel Friday. We had a real downpour that afternoon. I’ve been using dial-up for the past couple of days. I looked at my credit card balance yesterday…oh my my.

I discovered I still have the page up. I haven’t looked at it, or even thought about it, in a year or more. I actually like it better than

I decided to put an update on it asking for an angel to sponsor me in setting up a co-op, that I run and use as a political base. That’s what I’ve wanted to do all along.

I plan to go back to the Church Groups tomorrow. Hopefully, I won’t have to come back and rent a hotel room again. It’s going to take me months to pay for this as it is.

This afternoon I did preliminary search to see what I could find about me on the internet. Factbites has cited my genealogy in a couple of places, which explains why those pages have been getting all the hits.

I have a new genealogy half done. I had hoped to have it online by last Christmas. I wonder if I’ll ever get it finished.

After all I’ve been through and all I’ve suffered and lost, at 50 years of age, is that to much to ask? To grow a little marijuana for myself and others, dabble in politics, write a book or two and work on my genealogy and website?
